Book a viewing
This is an opportunity for the landlord and a hostara representative to meet and discuss any questions you may have. We will also be evaluating your property.
Rent offer
Once we have approval for a company let we will provide you a competitive guaranteed rent. This is usually in line with the current market.
Agreement Signing
The landlord is given the chance to review and edit the commercial lease. Once both parties are happy with the lease it is signed and initial payments are made.
Start Earning
We pay you rent every month – whether occupied or not. Utilities are covered by Hostara and small maintenance tasks are covered by us.
