This is for landlords, developers who have a block of properties they want managed. Use our hybrid model to release more income from your block of properties. 

Short lets 

These are guest bookings of 1 night to 90 days 

Medium term bookings 

These are monthly bookings mostly from business travellers here on project or a relocation of a family. 

Long term bookings

These are your standard long let AST customers to give you stability. 

Hostara strategy

We would conduct an market & product analysis of your block of residential flats to understand which type of clientele your property would attract. With the hybrid model we would have a split of short & medium and long term lets. We provide some level of stability in returns with the long term lets and then opt for the higher return clients for the other portion. The property would be maintained to the standard of a hotel with regular cleaning and maintenance. As a result all clients are happy with the service they are getting!
