This role is ideal for someone independent, detail-oriented and calm under pressure, who enjoys solving problems and improving operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating property operations and guest stays
  • Managing cleaner schedules and quality control
  • Conducting inspections across London properties
  • Handling guest communication and issue resolution
  • Coordinating maintenance and suppliers
  • Supporting operational systems and processes

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Excellent communication
  • Based in London
  • Hospitality or property experience preferred

Holiday let Cleaner

London | Flexible / Part-Time / Full-Time

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to support our growing portfolio of serviced apartments across London.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and preparing apartments between guest stays
  • Reporting damages or maintenance issues
  • Ensuring properties meet Hostara quality standards
  • Managing linen and restocking essentials where required

Requirements

  • Cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work independently

Experience in Airbnb, hotel or serviced accommodation cleaning is a strong advantage. You will be expected to travel from property to property.


Virtual Assistant

Evenings | Remote | Part-Time & Full -Time 

We are looking for a highly responsive and organised Virtual Assistant to support evening guest communication and operational admin tasks.

This role is ideal for someone comfortable working independently and handling guest communication professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to guest messages and enquiries
  • Supporting check-ins and issue resolution
  • Coordinating with cleaners and maintenance teams
  • Assisting with admin and operational tasks

Requirements

  • Excellent written English
  • Fast response times
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com and Google Workspace

Hospitality or customer support experience preferred.


Part-Time Marketing Manager

Remote / London Hybrid | 
Part-Time

Hostara Homes is looking for a creative and commercially minded Part-Time Marketing Manager to help grow our boutique hospitality brand.

Responsibilities

  • Managing social media content and brand consistency
  • Coordinating property photo shoots and content creation
  • Improving OTA listing presentation and conversion
  • Supporting direct booking growth
  • Assisting with website, email and brand marketing

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, lifestyle or property marketing preferred
  • Strong visual and branding instincts
  • Social media and content creation experience
  • Self-starter with creative initiative
