You can either have the property already furnished or we can have a team set up the furnishing for you. We have trade discounts available to us and can furnish a property within your chosen budget. 

Customer support from 8am to 11pm 

You don't want to be woken up in the middle of the night to lost keys. We take. care of the guest customer care management to ensure they are looked after all day. 

Advanced Home surveillance 

Landlords can opt in for additional home surveillance such as smart locks, CCTV external cameras, smoke and sound sensors inside the property. 

Guest deposit collection 

This is an difficult process but allow our team to ensure our homes are secure against broken house rules or any damage caused. 

Handyman management 

We have several handyman, technicians to hand, we deal with the issue immediately at a good standard. 

Regular property visits 

We have a company representation conduct a regular inspection of the property to ensure everything is the way we were given it, and the cleaning standards are up to par. 

Linen and towels hire 

We have a commercial laundry warehouse and stock bed linen and towels which our customers will have access to. Our linen and towels are 100% Egyptian cotton, made to impress our guests.

Airbnb specialised cleaning 

We working with our own full-time team of cleaners who understand the standard our properties should be maintained. 

All essential supplies 

A short let requires many supplies such as toilet paper, fairy liquid, machine pods, toiletries, tea and coffee and more which we purchase wholesale. 

Transparent monthly reporting and revenue tracking

Our customers have access to all transactions report so you can monitor your expected revenue levels. 

Professional photography and videography

We want to set you up for success and we like to have all our properties photographed professionally. 

Filming and photography hire 

To compliment our short let business we also advertise our properties with filming and photography agencies. Your property may be seen on a business advert or movie!

Direct bookings portal 

Short lets can come with hefty platform fees, therefore we enable your guests to book direct saving you up to 15% of the gross revenue.

How is works?

On-boarding 

Free property assessment - You're interested in short-lets but your unsure if it will work. You can book a free in person viewing with a representative, we visit the property, provide a monthly expected gross revenue, answer any questions you may have. 

Paperwork - You're interested! Now we will review and sign the management contract. 

Furnishing & setting up - You'll handover the key to our company representative and we will start furnishing, setting up the property, gather professional photographs or videos. Please allow up to 1 and a half week for this process. 


Full Management

We've had our first guest - hurray! Now, sit back while we handle everything from check-in to check-out. You can enter the owner portal to review how your property is performing and we will keep you up to speed with anything else required. We have the platforms send pay-outs directly to your bank accounts and we invoice your for our management, cleaning, laundry, maintenance at the end of the month.  You also have the opportunity to go in and out the property during vacant days if you wish.
